Hey Guys, after talking with most of our athletes we have decided to have a 6 am, 8 am, and noon class on Wednesday, July 4th. There will be no 4:30 pm or 5:30 pm class. Enjoy your Independence Day and please be safe.

Bear crawl 100 feet
Standing broad-jump, 100 feet
Do three Burpees after every five broad-jumps. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
